Q What are the options for delivery?
A There are three different options.
- You can have your item presented to you pitch-side at a home game by a player.
- You can collect your item from the stadium reception once you have been notified it is ready.
- You can have your item sent out to you in the post by first class recorded delivery. This is at a charge.
Q What will happen if I win the shirt of a player that didn’t play?
A You will have four options.
- You can cancel the order and will not be obliged to pay anything.
- We can hold that specific players shirt and you will receive their shirt from the next game they play.
- You can choose from other player’s shirts from that game, which weren’t sold.
- You can still purchase the shirt which was prepared for them for the game but it will not be match-worn.
Q How do I know the shirt I have won is match-worn?
A Every match-worn item comes with a certificate and/or Tag of authenticity. The Kit Man prepares the shirt for you after the match and authorises that it is official with all the information specific to that shirt on the certificate.
Q Does the shirt come signed?
A The shirts come unsigned but if you would like it to be signed then please ask when you win the auction and this will be arranged for you.
